How the modules are charged
Three lines, and none of them is a surprise.
- A plan fee, by the size of the team
One fee for the whole firm, which pays for the platform itself — the database, the backups, the updates and support. It steps up at 6 people and again at 26.
- A fee per person who signs in
Counted on accounts that can sign in, not on headcount. A storekeeper who only ever taps a shop-floor terminal is a person; a customer reading their own invoices is not.
- Each module, from GH₵ 90 a month
Added and removed by the month. A module switched off keeps its data and stops being charged, so a seasonal line is not a decision anybody has to make for a year.
