Name your company and start working

No card, no sales call, no waiting for somebody to switch an account on. You choose a name and an address, and the company is built while you watch -- with your chart of accounts, your roles, your tax rates and a sandbox to try things in.

Free while you set it up · Nothing is charged until you invite a second person · Export everything and leave at any time

The next ten minutes

What happens in the next ten minutes

Written out because this is the part no signup page describes, and because knowing it is the difference between starting now and deciding to come back later.

  1. The company is built, in about forty seconds

Chart of accounts, tax components, roles, numbering, document templates and a sandbox. Not an empty shell you then have to configure -- a working company with sensible answers already in it.

  2. You are its first administrator

The account you just made owns it. Nobody at our end holds a key, and nobody can look inside without you granting it in writing from your own settings.

  3. You change what does not fit

Every one of those answers is yours to edit -- account names, tax rates, roles, what a document says. There is no setting we keep for ourselves.

  4. You invite whoever else needs it

By email or by phone number. They pick their own password, and what they can reach is the role you give them rather than a switch marked "staff".

Day one

The full system from the first day

There is no feature held back behind an upgrade on the first day. What you get is what the pricing page describes, including the parts that are structure and not yet behaviour -- which it names.

A sandbox, on every plan

A full copy of your company to try a payroll run, a year end or a price change in, without touching anything real. Not an extra and not a tier -- every plan has one.

The phone app, straight away

Android and iOS, the same account. Works with no signal and sends what it recorded when the signal comes back, which on most Ghanaian sites is the difference between a system used and a system abandoned.

Your own address and your own look

Your logo, your colours and your own web address on the portal your staff and customers see. Nothing anybody you deal with reads carries our name.

Your data, exportable in full

From the first day, in one action, in a documented format. The leaving door is built before the arriving one because a company that cannot leave was never really a customer.

Every value is yours to set

Tax rates, account codes, roles, approval limits, what a receipt says, which languages the portal speaks. These are rows you edit, not constants we deploy.

Support that can see what you see

Ask from inside the portal and whoever answers is looking at the same screen, with your permission and with a record of it afterwards.

Before you start

Three things worth knowing first

A signup page that only lists advantages is a signup page written by somebody who does not expect you to stay.

The address you choose is hard to change later

It goes on invoices, in links you send and in whatever your staff bookmark. Pick the company name rather than this year's project name. We can move it, but we cannot un-send what has gone out under the old one.

Some modules are structure and not yet behaviour

They appear, they are documented, and they do not do the work yet. The pricing page names each one. We would rather you find that here than six weeks in.

Moving your history in is work, and it is yours

We will help and there is a documented import, but somebody at your end has to decide what last year's figures mean before they can be loaded. Anybody who tells you this part is automatic is selling you something.

Take it slowly

Let somebody walk you through it first

Half an hour against your own figures, no account and no obligation. It is the same software either way; this is only a question of whether you would rather be shown or find out yourself.
