Half an hour on your own figures
Bring last month -- a spreadsheet, a shoebox of invoices, a report out of whatever you use now -- and we will put it into a clean company and show you the same month back. You will see your own totals, your own customers and your own VAT, not a demonstration company called Acme Limited.
No account needed to ask · We reply within one working day · Nothing is installed and nothing is charged
Four steps, and you set the pace
There is no stage at which somebody has to approve something or a contract appears. If the second step tells you the answer is no, that is a good outcome for both of us and it cost you twenty minutes.
- You send the form below
Name, how to reach you, and what you want to see. Two minutes. If you already know which parts matter -- payroll, stock, the phone app -- say so and we will spend the time there.
- We reply with two or three times
Within one working day. If none of them suit, say when does. We do not route this through a calendar tool that asks you to pick a slot three weeks out.
- We meet, on a call or in person
Thirty to forty-five minutes, screen shared. In Accra we will come to you if that is easier; anywhere else it is a video call and you do not need to install anything to join one.
- You keep what we built
If you brought real figures, the company we put them into stays yours for thirty days with nothing to pay. Walk away and it is deleted, and we will confirm in writing that it has been.
The screens people ask to see
A walkthrough with no agenda turns into a tour of our favourite screens, which is a waste of your afternoon. Pick two or three of these on the form and the half hour goes there.
Raised, sent, part-paid, chased and reconciled against the bank -- the whole life of one document, which is the fastest way to see whether the thing fits how you already work.
We put a handset in flight mode, record a sale and a stock count on it, and let it come back. This is the demonstration people remember, and it is the one no slide can make.
One month, with the SSNIT and PAYE arithmetic shown rather than summarised, so you can check it against the number you already know is right.
The return as it will be filed, with each component -- the standard rate, the levies, the flat rate if you are on it -- on its own line and traceable back to the invoices that made it.
We make a user in front of you, give them a role, and then try to open something the role does not allow. The refusal is the demonstration.
Every relation, to a documented format, in one action, without asking us. Worth five minutes of any evaluation and almost never offered.
Four commitments for your call
These are written down because every one of them has been done to us by a vendor, and the memory of it is why some readers will not fill in a form at all.
One reply to your question, and then nothing until you answer. No sequence, no second colleague "checking in", no quarterly call back a year later.
The whole pricing grid is already published and the calculator on it is the one we use. Nothing on the call will be more expensive than what you worked out yourself.
Several modules are structure and no behaviour yet, and the pricing page says which. If what you need is one of them, you will hear that on the call and not after signing.
What you bring is used for the walkthrough, kept for thirty days so you can look again, then deleted. It is never used to train anything and never shown to anybody else.
The questions people ask first
If yours is not here, put it in the box on the form and we will answer it in the reply rather than on the call.
Do I have to send you real figures?
No. Plenty of walkthroughs run on our own sample company and they are still useful. Real figures make it a much better half hour, which is the only reason we ask.
We are two people. Is this for us?
Yes, and say so on the form -- it changes what we open. The smallest company running this has three users; the pricing starts where that makes sense rather than at fifty seats.
We already have an accountant and QuickBooks.
Then the honest comparison is on the compare page, and one of the five entries there concludes you should keep what you have. Read that before booking anything.
Can our accountant join?
Please bring them. The questions they ask are the ones worth answering, and a walkthrough that only the owner attends gets re-run six weeks later for the person who actually keeps the books.
Is there a trial without a call?
Yes -- start an organisation and use it. Everything the pricing page lists as built is built, and a sandbox comes with every plan so you can try the real thing without touching live figures.
Set it up yourself in four minutes
A walkthrough is for people who want to be shown. If you would rather poke at it yourself, that door is open, costs nothing, and does not put you on a list.
