Module
Buying and suppliers
Requisitions, purchase orders, supplier invoices and what you owe.
What it does
Buying starts with somebody asking and ends with somebody paying, and most of what goes wrong is in between. A requisition becomes an order, the order is received against, and the supplier's invoice is matched to what actually arrived rather than to what was ordered.
- Requisition before order, so nobody buys on a phone call
- Receive against the order, and see the difference
- Supplier invoices matched to the receipt, not the order
- Payment terms including end-of-month and instalments
- Withholding applied where the law says to
