Sales and quotations
Quote from a specification, not a guess. Margin and yield worked out before the number leaves the building.
What it does
Every quotation is built from the job itself: sheet size, ups per sheet, waste allowance, press time. The system refuses to send a quotation below your margin floor without someone senior agreeing to it, and it tells the salesperson the quantity at which digital stops being cheaper than litho.
- Imposition and yield worked out per job
- A margin floor nobody can quietly cross
- Deposit rules on new customers
- Standard lines sold from free stock, not on-hand
GH₵ 180 per month, net of tax, on top of the plan fee and the fee per person. Added and removed by the month.
What it looks like
Captures of the working system, not drawings of it.

A sales officer’s deskFive things to do first, ranked by what it costs to ignore them. The unallocated payment is above the overdue invoice because allocating it may clear the overdue.
