Field service

Jobs, engineers, parts and a signature at the door, for a maintenance business.

What it does

A visit carries the site history, the parts used and the next service date. The engineer closes the job at the site rather than back at the office, and the invoice follows the signature.

  • Site history in the engineer’s hand
  • Parts drawn from van stock
  • Signature closes the job
  • Contract cover and response times

GH₵ 150 per month, net of tax, on top of the plan fee and the fee per person. Added and removed by the month.

What it looks like

Captures of the working system, not drawings of it.

  • A project board
