Rooms and beds
Blocks, rooms and beds, booked once, with deposits held apart.
What it does
A hostel, a guest house or a boarding house lets the same bed twice the week nobody checks the book. Here a bed is booked once: a room taken whole refuses while one of its beds is let, a block kept for women refuses a man, and a deposit sits in its own account until it is refunded or a deduction is written down with a reason.
- Blocks, rooms and beds as one tree
- A bed is booked once, and a room with it
- Booked, checked in, checked out
- Deposits held as money owed back
- Deductions with a reason, refunds from a named account
