Tax in Ghana

VAT, NHIL, GETFund and the COVID-19 levy are rates with effective dates, not constants. PAYE is a band table. SSNIT is a pair of rates with a ceiling.

The order matters and is held in the tax component records rather than in the arithmetic, because the order has changed before and will change again.

E-VAT certification with the Ghana Revenue Authority is a separate exercise and is not claimed here.
