What it costs
A plan fee for the firm, a fee for each person who signs in, and each module you take. Work out your own figure below — it is the same arithmetic the invoice uses.
Counted on accounts that can sign in. A customer reading their own invoices is not one of them, and neither is a shared shop-floor terminal.

GH₵ 10,440 including tax, over about 10 working days on the 6 to 25 people band.
An estimate, not a quotation. The figure that binds is the one on the quotation we send, worked out by the same rules on our side.
The three plans
You do not choose one. The number of people who sign in chooses it, and it moves on its own when you grow.
Everything a small team needs to quote, invoice and keep the books straight.

Setting it up, once
Paid at the start, not monthly. It buys the days somebody spends learning how your firm works and making the system do that.
| Band | Up to | Base | Each extra module | Records brought across | Working days |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 5 people | 5 people | GH₵ 2,400 | GH₵ 600 | GH₵ 1,800 | 3 |
| 6 to 25 people | 25 people | GH₵ 7,500 | GH₵ 1,200 | GH₵ 4,500 | 10 |
| 26 people and above | Any size | GH₵ 18,000 | GH₵ 2,200 | GH₵ 11,000 | 25 |
The first module is in the base fee. Bringing existing records across is priced separately because a firm with nothing to bring should not be charged for it.
The tax on top
Three statutory levies on the same net figure, 20 per cent in total.
Value Added Tax Act 2025 (Act 1151), in force 1 January 2026. Standard rate 15 per cent.
National Health Insurance Levy, 2.5 per cent. Act 1151 moved it inside the VAT base, where it is recoverable.
Ghana Education Trust Fund levy, 2.5 per cent. Inside the VAT base under Act 1151, and recoverable with it.
We charge these because the law says to, and we pass every pesewa of them on. The rates below are the ones in force; if one moves, this page moves with it.
What is not on the bill
- No charge for customers, suppliers or students
A person who only reads their own invoices, submits their own quotation request or sits their own exam is not a person who signs in to run the firm. They cost nothing.
- No charge for storage until it is unreasonable
Documents, photographs and scanned records are included. We will tell you long before anything changes, and the threshold is written into the agreement rather than decided later.
- No charge to leave
Your records are exported in full, in a form a spreadsheet and another system can both read, at any time and without asking. A price list is only honest if leaving is cheap.
